I wrote all these songs with Ben Earl in 2003. It was an attempt to work on something that was Hip-Hop/Funk/Neo-Soul, something that was totally live band music, most importantly for me, something that was "different." I am happy with the out come of all my projects with Daylow. On this EP, we were a six piece band. All of the songs on this album posess positive energy; music that is more fun and happy than my solo Hip-Hop projects. We recorded and mixed this whole album in BenJamin's apartment. This is the first CD that anyone ever heard my voice on. A lot of people still tell me that this is their favorite Hyphen-One CD. My personal favorite track is The Rally. www.hyphen-one.com
